Understanding the jargon

Pop up banners have many names associated to them. Sometimes a pop up banner can be called:

  • Roller banners
  • Pull up banners
  • Roll up banner

Pop up banners come in a variety of sizes. Starting from smallest to largest, take a look at the following table to see which banner size best suits the space you have:

Pop up stand sizes

Often confused with banners, pop up stands are larger back wall displays and their sizes should also be considered.

Pop up displays are available in sizes ranging from 3×1 to 3×5 in grid size and straight or curved frame shapes.

It’s important to note that these numbers do not reflect a metric reference. Rather they refer to how many ‘grids’ the frame is made up of.

For example, a 3×3 pop up stand (see below) is sized at three grids wide by three grids high. In metric terms, this is approximately 2700mm in width by 2225mm in height.
