The Versatility of Pop up Stands

Pop up stands are great for exhibitions and trade shows. They’re an excellent, cost effective way of promoting your business and drawing people onto your exhibition stand. They’re also incredibly easy to assemble by just one person.

All too often, however, once the event is over, they’re packed away in their storage cases to gather dust until they’re needed again. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Take a step back and think about how versatile your pop up really is.  You’ve invested in something designed to promote your business, so why not continue to use it, to get as much value out of it as you can?

The most simple idea is to assemble it in a highly visible area of your office like the reception. This way it’ll be seen by all your visitors, and is another way of promoting your brand and branding message.

Or why not go a step further. Think about all the other places and spaces you could use a pop up stand, and all the different types of stand you could produce.  Below are just a few examples of how some of our clients have used our pop up exhibition stands in the past.

Shopping Centres
A busy shopping area with high footfall is the perfect place for setting up a stand to promote and sell your products to consumers. Or if you have a new product to test, this is the ideal audience – shoppers and browsers with time on their hands to stop and talk to you.

If you have a very specific brand or product, then setting up your stand where a retailer sells your items providing product demonstrations is a great way of driving additional sales, promoting special offers or introducing new products.

Training Courses
Another use you may not have considered is as a way of providing additional support material for training courses.  This is a great and memorable way to display the key messages you want your training delegates to take away from your session, once they leave.

Reuse and Recycle
One of the benefits of many pop up stands is that you can easily change your display graphics whilst keeping the original frame. So when you need to update your graphics or if you’ve changed your message, it’s a simple matter to create new magnetic panels to replace the old – saving you the cost of replacing the entire stand. A specialist will be able to advise you if you’re not sure if you can change the graphics on your own pop up.
