FAQs How fast can you deliver portable displays? Our standard production time is 48-78 hrs on most indoor products with express 24 hour services available for selected pop up banners and accessories. Please check individual product pages for delivery times or confirm with your account manager about your delivery requirements. Please note that production time on fabric displays including flags and printed tablecloths can be up to 10 working days as standard. Please be aware that your order will not go into production until payment and if applicable print ready artwork has been received. What material do you print on? Graphics: Our pop up stands use 550 micron PVC substrate. This is a high-quality surface that won’t curl. Some people use a different substrate or different printing processes and then over-laminate the surface, but that can make it curly. Ours don’t need it. Express banner stands use 250 micron PVC substrate. Again, because our graphics are high-quality, and we don’t over-laminate they won’t go all curly on you. On the surface our banners look similar to other budget banners that you may see on the market, but with us you’ll get more for your money. Make sure you check what those banners are made of before you buy. Fabrics: Our printed tablecloths, flags and large fabric displays are printed onto polyester and are hand-finished by our team of expert sewers. We use a technique called dye-sublimation to print the ink into the design rather than on top of it. This means that the design will not crack or peel away as it is part of the fabric. How long will the stand last? It depends how well you look after it. We offer one-year guarantees as standard, these cover all manufacturing defects. However, take care of your banner and you can expect several years of use. How many times can I use the stand? As many as you want! The more you look after it, the better use you’ll get out of it. Entry-level stands tend to be lighter and won’t last as long as the sturdier, heavy-duty versions; but you’ll still get good use out of them. You also need to decide how often you’ll need to change your message (so you can decide whether to have a fixed or changing graphic model). Will I get a discount for bulk-buying? We try to give the lowest possible prices – and will price match competitors on like-for-like quotes. If you want to buy a large number of stands, contact our sales team and we’ll see what we can do. Can you supply banners in different sizes? We can make banner stands to order for special sizes if you need them. If the size you need isn’t shown, please contact our sales team. Can you help me with my stand artwork? Absolutely! We offer various levels of graphic and design services – anything from adding a logo through to designing everything for you. Just contact our sales team and tell them what you need. Where do I send my print ready artwork? Simply upload your artwork to our artwork uploader tool. Can I use the stand outdoors? Yes – check out our huge range of outdoor displays, this includes outdoor banners, outdoor flags, outdoor A-frames and outdoor signs to find out more. Can you recycle my old display? Yes we can. Products from our ECO range can be recycled free of charge. All you need to do is contact us and arrange for it to be returned to us, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item. We can also recycle non ECO range displays although there is a small fee for this, which will be credited against your next order from our ECO range. Find out more here.
